Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Additives; (355 page(s), in Turkish)

This Regulation provides for:

(a) Lists of approved food additives as set out in Annexes II and III,

(b) conditions of use of food additives in foods, including food additives and food enzymes as covered by Regulation on food enzymes (OG:24.2.2017 – 29989), and food flavourings as covered by Regulation on flavourings and certain food ingredients with flavouring properties for use in and on foods (OG:29.12.2011 - 28157 reiterated number 3) 

(c) rules on the labelling of food additives sold as such.
