This Regulation lays down:
The procedures and principles regarding the safety assessment of plants, fungi, algae, lichens, their parts and preparations obtained from them, and pure substance, substance mixture, enriched extract-extracts used in foods, and applications within this scope,
and
Labelling rules, lists of their use in foods and conditions of use
