Base on Paragraph 4, Article 8 of the Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act, the Food and the Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, has proposed the draft text of Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations, which govern the quality aspects of the product. The proposed Regulations are drafted by making reference to ISO 22716 "Cosmetics - Good manufacturing practices (GMP) - Guidelines on good manufacturing practices."
