Draft Notification of the Ministry of Public Health to Withdraw the Needless Notifications regarding Hazardous Substance under Responsibility of Thai Food and Drug Administration (1 page(s), in Thai)

Ministry of Public Health has proposed to withdraw 5 needless Ministerial notifications as following;

·         Notification of the Ministry of Public Health concerning of exemption of product registration and notification of product used in household or in public health for the purpose of removing or correcting words B.E. 2541 (1998)

·         Notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding the operation of hazardous substances of type 4, which the Food and Drug Administration has the authority and responsibility (No.2) B.E. 2543 (2000)

·         Notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding the operation of hazardous substances of type 4, which the Food and Drug Administration has the authority and responsibility (No.3) B.E. 2545 (2002)

·         Notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding the operation of hazardous substances of type 4, which the Food and Drug Administration has the authority and responsibility (No.4) B.E. 2547 (2004)

·         Notification of the Ministry of Public Health: Exemptions of Obligations under the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992) under responsibility of Thai Food and Drug Administration (No.4) B.E. 2545 (2002) 

As a result, manufacturing of household cleaners containing NPE must comply with the Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2537 (1994), issued pursuant to the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992).
