The notified regulation establishes the requirements for good hygiene practices and a hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system that must be met by plants processing bee honey fit for human consumption. It applies to natural or legal persons engaged in the reception, processing, packaging, storage and transport of bee honey, and who are authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, in the national territory.
