Goods (products) subject to veterinary control

1) Draft Decision of the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission on Amendments to the Regulation on Common veterinary (sanitary and veterinary) requirements for goods subject to veterinary control (surveillance); and
2) Draft Decision of the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission on Amendments to the Forms of the Common Veterinary Certificates for Regulated Goods Imported into the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union from Third Countries. The draft decision amends the Common veterinary (sanitary and veterinary) requirements for goods subject to veterinary control (surveillance) in terms of the following matters:

·        amendments of a legal and technical nature;

·        addition of new terms and definitions used in the text;

·        amendments to the provisions that establish conditions for the importation of regulated goods into the territory of the EAEU;

·        harmonization of nosological names of animal diseases;

·        harmonization of wording for certain provisions that are repeated multiple times in the text;

·        revision of specific chapters related to live animals regarding requirements for contagious animal diseases;

·        repeal of certain provisions contained in the section "Final and Transitional Provisions".

The second draft decision updates the forms of common veterinary certificates accordingly.
