Draft amendment № 1, to the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Restrictions of the Use of Dangerous Substances in Electrotechnical and Radioelectronical Devices" (EAEU TR 037/2016) provides for the clarification of certain provisions of the technical regulation, in terms of updating the scope of the technical regulation, requirements for a list of hazardous substances under control and limiting their content in electrical and electronic products, including requirements for the disposal of electrical and electronic products that have lost consumer properties.
