The notified draft Supreme Decree seeks to amend Articles 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16.1 and 17; the last paragraph of Article 22; Articles 23.3, 25, 26 and 27; and the first, second, fourth and seventh final supplementary provisions, of the Regulation on the interchangeability of medicines, approved by Supreme Decree No. 024-2018-SA. It also seeks to repeal the third final supplementary provision and to incorporate the tenth, eleventh and twelfth final supplementary provisions.
