This import health standard presents the requirements for microorganisms, biological products derived from animals, and cell lines to be imported to New Zealand, and consolidates three current import health standards for products used for a similar purpose.

The three current import health standards that will be replaced are:

·        Biological Products BIOLOGIC.ALL

·        Microorganisms from all countries MICROIC.ALL

·        Cell cultures from all countries CELLCULIC.ALL

Proposed new requirements for products regularly requested have been added, and veterinary certificates for bovine serum products have been updated.
