Amendment to: (i) Table I of the Twelfth Schedule; (ii) Table IA of the Twenty-First Schedule; (iii) Table III of the Twenty-First A Schedule; and (iv) Table II of the Sixteenth AA Schedule, of the Food Regulations 1985 [P.U.(A) 437/85] by inserting the new nutrient. (1 page(s), in English)

To amend the relevant schedules by inserting:

·         Lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) as permitted optional ingredient with level of 60mg/100ml for LNnT, 120mg/100ml 2-Fucosyllactose (2-FL) in ratio 1:2 in infant formula, follow-up formula and formulated milk powder for children. 

·         Lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) as permitted optional ingredient with maximum level of 60mg/100ml (as prepared) in formulated milk powder for children.
