Please be advised of the publication of the draft amendment to Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-181-SCFI/SAGARPA-2018, Yoghurt - Designations, physiochemical and microbiological specifications, commercial information and test methods, published on 31 January 2019, which establishes the classification and designation of yoghurt, the physiochemical and microbiological specifications and commercial information to be met by domestic and foreign products marketed on the national territory.
