ICS 67.160.20 – Non-alcoholic beverages

Draft Law No. XVP-893(3) on the Amendment of Article 6¹ of the Law on Food of the Republic of Lithuania.

The draft law aim is to prohibit the sale, purchase on behalf of, or other transfer of non-alcoholic beverages whose name contains the designation of an alcoholic beverage group, subgroup and/or category established by an institution authorised by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania pursuant to the Law on Alcohol Control of the Republic of Lithuania or directly applicable European Union legislation, to persons under 18 years of age.
