Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act/ Enforcement Regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Amendments made to improve the current system by addressing some of its drawbacks: Statutory permissible levels have been established for 24 additional chemical substances (in addition to the current 13 chemical substances), including ethylene oxide, which have the risk of causing occupational diseases as they are highly harmful being carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction; and a reasonable adjustment has been made to the statutory quantities of the 51 chemical substances subject to the mandatory submission of Process Safety Management (decreased for 18, increased for 18 and no change for 15).
