Amendments to Standards and Quality Criteria for Wood Products; (104 page(s), in Korean)

1.    Delete the quality requirements for moisture content, ash content, and higher heating value from the quality criteria for Agglomerated wood charcoal and Wood charcoal, and newly establish fixed carbon content as a quality requirement for Wood charcoal ([Annex 14], [Annex 15]).

2.    Add safe use instructions to the labelling requirements for Agglomerated wood charcoal and further classify the raw materials to be indicated on the labelling of Wood charcoal ([Annex 14], [Annex 15]).

3.    Update the referenced standards to their latest versions and harmonize the labelling methods with those for other wood fuel products ([Annex 14], [Annex 15]).

4.    Delete the quality requirements and test methods for Agglomerated wood charcoal for the ignition of honeycomb coal briquettes ([Annex 14]).
