Proposed amendments to the "Regulation on the Labelling of Precautions for Use of Cosmetics and Ingredients as Allergens"; (7 page(s), in Korean)

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) is amending the "Regulation on the Labelling of Precautions for Use of Cosmetics and Ingredients as Allergens" as follows:

1) Add an exception that allows certain precautionary statements to be omitted for shampoos not intended to be rinsed off immediately after use (e.g., dry shampoo)

2) Establish new precautions for use of Benzophenone-3 (Oxybenzone)
