Proposed Revision of the "Act on Labelling and Advertising of Foods"; (4 page(s), in Korean)

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) is proposing to amend the Act on Labeling And Advertising of Foods as follows: Prohibit the use of the term narcotic drugs and the defined terms of substances stipulated in Article 2 (Definitions) of the Narcotics Control Act when labeling and advertising the name of a food product.
