Diagnostic, disinfectant, disinfestation and deacarisational preparations for veterinary use

Draft Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission amending certain decisions of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission; (3 page(s), in Russian)

The draft decision provides for the following: transition period extension until 31 December 2036 in order to prolong the period of circulation of diagnostic, disinfectant, disinfestation and deacarisational preparations for veterinary use in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the EAEU Member States; the date of entry into force of the Rules for regulating the circulation of diagnostic preparations for veterinary use in the customs territory of the EAEU and the date of entry into force of the Rules for regulating the circulation of disinfectant, disinfestation and deacarisational preparations for veterinary use in the customs territory of the EAEU are synchronized and postponed until 1 September 2031; the possibility of exchanging documents of the registration dossier of diagnostic, disinfectant, disinfestation and deacarisational preparations for veterinary use and information about them on paper or in electronic form between the authorized bodies (expert institutions) of the EAEU Member States and the Eurasian Economic Commission is maintained until all EAEU Member States join the relevant general processes of the EAEU integrated information system (general processes № 44, № 441, № 443).
