First Amendment to the Mandatory Standard SI 60968, dealing with self-ballasted fluorescent lamps. This amendment deletes the following sections dealing with energy consumption due to the annulation of Israel's Energy Source Regulations:

·        Deletes a few of the normative references included in Section 2;

·        Deletes the national Section 5.2.202 dealing with energy efficiency label;

·        Deletes Annex C dealing with the calculation of the energy efficiency.
