Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 33 part 1, dealing with electrical switches, to be replaced with SI 60669 part 1. This draft standard revision adopts the International Standard IEC 60669-1: Edition 4.0: 2017-02 + Corr.1: 2020-01, with a few changes, appear in the standard's Hebrew section. All significant technical changes introduced in this draft are due to the adoption of the new edition of the International Standard. Both the old standard and this new revised standard will apply from the entry into force of this revision for 6 months. During this time product may be tested according to the old standard (SI 33 part 1: November 2007 and Amendment 1: July 2019) or the new revised standard.
