This draft Commission Implementing Regulation cancels the approval of Tolylfluanid as an active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 7. Risks for human health were identified. Treated articles treated with or incorporating tolylfluanid for product-type 7 shall not be placed on the Union market from 6 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
