Formal adoption of the second revision (2R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation RTE INEN No. 115 "Lead-acid batteries for motor vehicles"
By means of this Addendum No. 1, the Republic of Ecuador advises that the second revision (2R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation RTE INEN No. 115 "Lead-acid batteries for motor vehicles" has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. MPCEIP-SC-2020-0350-R of 20 November 2020 by the Under-Secretariat for Quality of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries. The notified text will enter into force after a period of eight months from 18 December 2020, the date on which it was published in the Official Journal.
