The notified measure seeks to establish requirements for the registration and control of entities that manufacture or process, contract manufacture or process, semi-process, import and/or store cosmetic, phytotherapeutic and homeopathic products for veterinary use and/or the raw materials contained therein, and applies to all national or foreign natural or legal persons that manufacture or process, contract manufacture or process, semi-process, import and/or store these products in national territory. It repeals the provisions set out in ICA Resolutions No. 069245 of 2020, and No. 1578 and No. 7925 of 2022.
