This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and test methods for industrial boilers.

This document applies to stationary boilers that take various fuels, electricity or other energy sources as heat sources and adopt water or organic heat carriers as the heat transfer medium:

a) Pressure steam boilers with a designed normal water level volume greater than or equal to 30L and a rated steam pressure ≥ 0.1MPa (gauge);

b) Pressure hot water boilers with an outlet water pressure ≥ 0.1MPa (gauge) and a rated thermal power ≥ 0.1MW;

c) Organic heat carrier boilers with a rated thermal power ≥ 0.1MW.
