The notified draft amends Resolution No. 633 of 2003, which establishes requirements for the importation of plant material as in vitro tissue cultures, as follows:

1.1. The following species and certifiable plant pathogen shall be added, in the appropriate alphabetical order, to point 4.3, under the subheading "A. With additional declaration" of the heading "Ornamentals":

Phoenix dactylifera       Palm lethal yellowing phytoplasma 

1.2. The species Gazania splendens and Kalmia latifolia shall be added, in the appropriate alphabetical order, to point 4.3, under the subheading "B. Without additional declaration" of the heading "Ornamentals".
