Fermented cow's milk — Yoghurt, sour milk (madila) and buttermilk — Specification (13 page(s), in English)

This Botswana Standard specifies requirements for yoghurt, sour milk (madila) and buttermilk derived from pasteurized cow's milk and milk products. It is not applicable to products that are heat treated after fermentation. The scope applies to the above mentioned products whether chilled or frozen.
