The National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology-INMETRO proposes Draft text (Ordinance 184-2019) to improve the Technical Metrological Regulation – RTM approved by Ordinance 371, 28 September 2007, which established the minimum conditions to be observed in the Evaluation Model of Distributed Systems of Electrical Energy Measurement – SDMEE that will become effective by the inclusion of items 1.90, 1.9.2.1, 1.9.3, 1.9.4. in the  referenced Technical Metrological Regulation - RTM (Portaria) 371, 28 September 2007).
