Draft Mercosur Technical Regulation (Resolução GMC (MERCOSUR) 07/08 SGT N° 3) establishing metrological control for the determination of the net content of pre-packaged products marketed without the presence of the consumer. It withdraws art. 2 of Inmetro Ordinance 069, 17 March 2004, which deals with tolerance for the quantitative verification of the drained sardines in oil nominal product, whose maximum values are indicated in Inmetro Ordinance 248, 17 July 2008.
