Ordinance updating the phytosanitary requirements for the import of grains (Category 3) of castor beans grains (Ricinus communis) produced in the Republic of Paraguay. The consignments must be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate, issued by the National Plant Protection Organization – NPPO of the the Republic of Paraguay, as detailed on the Draft Ordinance.
