Public Consultation on technical and operational requirements for the use of the range frequencies from 1,427 MHz to 1,517 MHz

National Telecommunications Agency - ANATEL, issued Public Consultation No. 35, 16 July 2021, which proposes the technical and operational requirements for the use of the range from 1,427 MHz to 1,517 MHz for use by Stations of the Personal Mobile Service (SMP), the Switched Fixed Telephone Service (STFC), the Multimedia Communication Service (SCM) and the Private Limited Service (SLP).

The objective of Public Consultation No. 35 is to present a proposal for an Act containing the power limits and other technical and operational requirements provided by Resolution No. 736 of 3 November 2020.
