The notified draft Joint Resolution, prepared by the National Food Commission (CONAL), incorporates Article 783 ter, which limits the use of the term "honey" or "yateí honey" and descriptions and/or pictorial representations alluding to the origin of the honey product to the labels of these products only, for the purposes of protecting their genuineness.
