The Precious Metals and Conflict Minerals Act already covers any product made wholly or partly of precious metals or their alloys (gold, silver, platinum and palladium).

This is an omnibus Act that amends various acts. This notification relates solely to Section 2 concerning the amendment to the Act on Precious Metals and Conflict Minerals (hereinafter referred to as the 'Precious Metals Act').
