Technical Rules for the connection of client facilities to the High-Voltage grid and their operation (TAR HS) (TCR High Voltage)

The notified draft contains amendments to individual sections and new sections of the application rule VDE-AR-N 4120 (from 2023, notified under No. 2023/0552/D). The application rule VDE-AR-N 4120 is revised to introduce requirements and evidence for system-supporting properties of customer facilities and for grid-forming properties of BESS and the provision of instantaneous reserve by customer facilities on the high-voltage network.
