The notified draft contains amendments to individual sections and new sections of the application rule VDE-AR-N 4110 (from 2022, notified under No. 2022/0879/D). The application rule VDE-AR-N 4110 is being revised to introduce the requirements and evidence for system-supporting properties and the provision of instantaneous reserve by customer facilities on the medium voltage grid.
