Bill for the Hospitality and Catering Industry Act

The bill for the new Hospitality and Catering Industry Act introduces a single registration and digitalisation of procedures, strengthens the supervision and sanctioning of unregistered activities, regulates the rules for the categorisation and re-categorisation of accommodation establishments, regulates the rules for accommodation and catering establishments, and harmonises and simplifies the conditions for the provision of accommodation and catering services.
