Royal Decree amending the Royal Decree of 13 November 2011 laying down the fees and contributions payable to the Budgetary Fund for the raw materials and the products [...]

This Royal Decree (RD) amends the three following RDs:

1) Royal Decree of 13 November 2011 on fees and contributions
2) Royal Decree of 4 April 2019 on the making available on the market and use of biocides
3) Royal Decree of 9 December 2021 setting up an Advisory Committee on Biocides
The most important changes are summarised as follows:
1. Amendment to the Royal Decree of 13 November 2011 on levies and contributions:
A comprehensive review of the annual return and contribution procedure
2. Amendments to the Royal Decree of 4 April 2019 on the placing on the market and use of biocides:
• The concept of inadmissibility in the context of the various appeal options available when a case is dealt with under the procedure set out in the Royal Decree on Biocides
• More time to complete the mandatory annual declaration
• A clear statement that every biocide must be notified to the National Poisons Centre and that the ‘UFI’ code must be included in the dossier requirements (in accordance with the Royal Decree on Biocides)
3. Amendment to the Royal Decree of 9 December 2021 establishing the Advisory Committee on Biocides: Chapter II is repealed because it is no longer applicable because of Article 10 of this Royal Decree.
