Solarium equipment for use in the provision of solarium services

The Bill on Amendments to the Regulation "Requirements for the Provision of Beauty and Personal Services"

The draft Regulation updates and specifies the requirements for solarium equipment and the solarium service in order to improve the safety of the service and reduce the health risks associated with UV radiation. The amendments specify the content of the technical documentation of solarium equipment, harmonise the requirements for recording the exchange of solarium lamps, establish the maximum permitted total effective exposure density of solarium equipment according to the erythema action spectrum and organise the structure of the regulation, among other things, supplement the regulation with an annex setting out the list of data to be submitted for solarium equipment.
