The draft amendment to the Rules on the Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum for Electronic Communications Networks by Satellite Radio Services after authorisation provides the conditions for the development of communications via small satellites by authorising the use of radio frequency bands by radio services for Earth exploration by satellite, space operations, meteorological satellite and space research satellite services.
