Decree approving the General Gambling Regulation of the Autonomous Community of Aragon

The draft decree approves the General Gambling Regulations of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, integrating and systematising into a single text the regulations applicable to the different forms of gambling and betting carried out within the territory of Aragon.

The regulation aims to update, simplify, and harmonise the existing regulatory framework, incorporating measures for administrative simplification, safe gambling, user protection, and improved administrative control and inspection mechanisms in a sector subject to intense public intervention for reasons of public order, child protection, and public health.
