draft Regulation of the Minister for Digital Affairs on the technical conditions to be met by technological channels and their location

The draft Regulation specifies the technical requirements for technological channels understood as a string of casing elements, wells, and cable trays used for placing or operating of:

a) technical infrastructure devices connected with the needs of road management or traffic needs,
b) telecommunication lines along with power supply, and power lines, not connected with the needs of road management or traffic needs.
