Order of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure approving the rules for the technical admission of products and/or services intended for use in construction, modernisation, repair and maintenance activities for urban, suburban and regional rail transport for tramway, light metro, monorail, rolling track and their energy-fuelling system

The Order sets out the manner in which the technical admission of the products and services referred to in point 6 of this Form, which are used on the territory of Romania, is carried out, namely the conduct of the certification process, the conformity to type and manufacture of products assessment process and/or the assessment the conformity of the services with the national rules on safety, security, human health and environmental protection and with the declared technical specifications.
