Draft Decree of the Office for Standardisation, Metrology and Testing of the Slovak Republic amending Decree of the Office for Standardisation, Metrology and Testing of the Slovak Republic No 72/2019 laying down details on the essential requirements, conformity assessment procedures and marking of firearms and ammunition for civilian use

The subject of the draft Decree is, in particular, the addition of a national proofing mark for proofing gunshot silencers to Annex 8 of the Decree of the Office for Standardisation, Metrology and Testing of the Slovak Republic No 72/2019 laying down details on the essential requirements, conformity assessment procedures and manner of marking firearms and ammunition for civilian use (hereinafter 'Decree No 72/2019'), related to the amendment to Act No 64/2019 (Notification No 2022/0170/SK). The draft Decree also aligns terminology in relation to the national mark with the amendment of Act No 64/2019.
