Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration on the list of minimum safeguards against the falsification of public documents.

The Draft Regulation implements the authorisation contained in Article 7(5) of the Public Documents Act of 22 November 2018 which obliges the minister competent for internal affairs to lay down, by way of a regulation, a list of the minimum safeguards against falsification required for public documents.
