With these under reference Regulations in question, all relevant matters relating to the obligations of betting service providers are regulated, in order to inform and protect their customers through, for example, the maintenance of a specialized website on safe gambling and the provision of self-protection mechanisms to players, the adoption of practices and procedures with the in order to prevent minors from participating in betting, to establish objective criteria for categorizing their customers based on the estimated risk of problematic betting, as well as the training of their staff.
