Lays down conditions for the use by a filling company or importer of e-labelling of pre-packaged products sold or offered for sale in constant nominally identical quantities which comply with the following:

1) are equal to values already selected by the filling company.
2) are expressed in units of weight or volume.
3) contain between 5 g and 10 kg or between 5 ml and 10 litres.

Order on e-labelling of pre-packaged products.

The Order imposes obligations on the use of e-labelling of pre-packaged products on the filling company and importer and requirements for the e-labelling. The Order does not change the applicable law, but is the result of new issuance pursuant to Act No 799 of 2020 on products and market surveillance with a view to harmonising product rules under this Act.

The Order repeals Order No 547 of 28 May 2018 on e-labelling of pre-packaged products.
