Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical and construction regulations concerning public roads

The Draft Regulation implements the statutory delegation for the minister responsible for transport to issue technical and construction regulations concerning the design, construction, reconstruction and use of public roads, including toll roads and road engineering structures. The provisions of the Regulation shall not apply to the renovation of public roads.
