The rules concern publicly accessible recharging points and entail that operators for charging at publicly accessible recharging points which are located on a public area or which have received public subsidies must accept electronic payments via terminals or other devices used for payment services, including at least payment card readers with or without contactless function, see section 7 of the draft bill.
