Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment on the recording, balancing and making available of energy cooperatives’ measurement data and settlements

The implementing act explains the manner of recording and balancing measurement data covering the amount of energy input into and drawn from the distribution grid by the members of an electricity cooperative. The act also clarifies how due payments of the members of the energy cooperative are settled and how measurement data are made available. Under the current state of law, these regulatory areas have not been properly defined and, as a consequence, the emergence of energy cooperatives has been a non-existent or marginal phenomenon.
