Regulation of the Minister for Climate and Environment on registering, balancing, and making available measurement data and settlements of renewable energy prosumers.

The implementing act shall explain how measurement data covering the amount of energy fed to and taken from the distribution network by the renewable energy prosumer should be recorded and balanced. The above act shall also clarify the method of settlement with the renewable energy prosumer and the method of sharing the measurement data.
