The purpose of this Technical Specification is to lay down the requirements for the establishment and cultivation of herbaceous and bulbous plants in order to ensure the best possible conditions for their survival and growth.
This specification concerns the majority of plant species (perennial and annual herbaceous and bulbous) which fall under the same treatment during planting.
