An Act to amend and supplement the Clean Air Act (CAA)

In the draft Act to amend and supplement the Clean Air Act, the provisions of Article 17e and 17f introduce stricter requirements than those established by Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 ("Art. 17d. Article 17е; The advertising of fluorinated greenhouse gases is prohibited without being specified in the advertising: 1. the type of containers in which they are stored;

2. a requirement to provide proof that when gas is purchased for the purpose of installation, servicing, maintenance or repair of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pump and fire suppression equipment, truck and trailer refrigeration units, and electrical switchgear, the work will be performed by persons possessing legal capacity documents;
3. text "The product contains fluorinated greenhouse gases.";
4. the global warming potential of the advertised gases.")
